Reporting to the Associate Vice President (Finance), this role is to assist the AVP (Finance) in driving transformation in Finance Division.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for finance transformation projects
Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions
Utilize visualization tools such as Power BI to create insightful and actionable reports and dashboards
Design and implement simple RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve process efficiency
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making
Work closely with IT and Finance teams in financial systems implementation
Provie ongoing support and training to end-users on new processes and systems
System Access Rights Management: Perform the system administrator role for SAP (Finance Module), Esker (E-invoicing System), Qilksense (Data Analytics System), Finance SharePoint and others assigned by AVP (Finance)
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with more than10 years of working experience in Finance related work (with at least 3 years of relevant Business Analyst experience)
IT savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other visualization tools
Hands-on experience in SAP S4 Hana, SAP Concur and SAP Analytical Cloud (SAC) will be an added advantage
Strong analytical skills - proven ability to gather, organize, analyze business data from various sources
Effective communication skills - proven ability to convey critical business information to IT divisions and influence key stakeholders
Team player, resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with tight working deadlines
