The Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) at the University of Oklahoma seeks a Senior Associate Director for Inclusive Teaching to join our team of professional development staff committed to developing and implementing useful and inclusive resources to support faculty as they work to accomplish OU’s mission "to provide the best possible educational experience for our students through excellence in teaching, research and creative activity, and service to the state and society". This position will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administrators to develop a comprehensive approach to instructional development that builds faculty efficacy and agency toward equitable teaching and learning; discover, develop, and share pedagogical approaches that allow faculty to relate to and engage learners of various demographic backgrounds and intellectual experiences; and collaborate with others to provide professional development opportunities for faculty that support activities at the intersections of teaching, service, and research/creative activities.
