Auburn University’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Assistant Director of National Recruitment. In this role, you’ll drive Auburn’s recruitment and matriculation efforts across the country, expanding our reach in emerging markets and enhancing our national presence.
As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll develop data-driven recruitment strategies, create engaging programs, and oversee staff and territories—all while building meaningful connections with prospective students and their families.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on developing relationships beyond the office, understands the power of travel in recruitment, and can articulate the unmatched value of an Auburn University education while staying informed on national trends in higher education.
Travel & Schedule: This position requires extensive travel (15-20%), bringing the Auburn experience to communities nationwide. You’ll also need flexibility to work some nights and weekends to connect with students and families when it matters most.
