The Center for Student Involvement at the Rhode Island School of Design is pleased to announce the addition of an Associate Director for Graduate Experience. The Department is seeking a dynamic, forward thinking Student Affairs professional who is committed to using innovation to enhance the RISD student experience.

The Associate Director will focus primarily on establishing a graduate community on campus, actively engage with graduate program directors, deans, and student affairs to assure the holistic educational needs of graduate students are met through orientation, recruitment weekend events, speaker series, and on-going programs and opportunities that support the exchange between and among students. Through advisement of the Graduate Student Alliance, the Associate Director serves as a liaison and advocate for graduate students. In addition, the Associate Director is responsible for creating and implementing short and long-term holistic learning and development plans, programs and initiatives, steeped in student development theory, to ensure the successful development and social support of graduate students at Rhode Island School of Design.
