Auburn University’s Department of Human Resources is seeking applications for the position of Director, Employee Relations, responsible for overseeing the university’s employee relations function and fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture. The Director will build and maintain strong partnerships with senior university and campus leaders to drive an effective employee relations strategy and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team that provides expert consultation on employee discipline, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Advising campus leadership on complex employee relations matters and organizational best practices.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of employee relations programs, policies, and procedures that support institutional goals.
