    Position Overview
    Develop and deliver training/learning and development programs including conducting internal consultations, liaising with learning management for registrations, and creating evaluations. Serve as primary trainer for student trainings.
    Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor’s Degree in related field and four years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations orally and in writing.
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Master’s degree in relevant field; experience conducting climate surveys and focus groups; teaching experience at the collegiate level; grant writing experience.
