Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) and working in close collaboration with senior members of the Bryant University Enrollment Division, the Director of Enrollment Marketing leads the development and execution of a comprehensive, integrated, onmi-channeled marketing program to meet undergraduate and graduate enrollment goals outlined in the University strategic plan.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • In collaboration with the CMCO, build University-wide enrollment marketing strategy and program that addresses lifecycle marketing across educational product offerings.
  • Lead enrollment marketing meetings and liaise with leaders across campus.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and projects that support and achieve undergraduate, graduate and professional education enrollment goals and priorities.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans in support of new academic program launches.
  • Lead and manage enrollment marketing unit to ensure that all enrollment marketing initiatives are on schedule, on budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Director of Digital Experience and Strategy to ensure strong connection between enrollment marketing and digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Senior Director, Integrated Communications and Marketing to brand storytelling and social media marketing to ensure it is reflective of student success, faculty innovation and experiential student opportunities.
  • Ensure website is reflective of accurate program information across the educational lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with University communications to incorporate enrollment objectives into broader communications and marketing activities, talking points, presentations and other channels.
  • Oversee enrollment marketing activity with core external agencies.
  • Develop KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate the performance of enrollment marketing and communications efforts and monitor the success of campaigns using analytics and other assessment methods.
  • Create, manage, analyze and present regular metrics reporting on enrollment marketing efforts.
  • Assist in the development of market research plans.
  • Follow trends in admissions, marketing, and higher education that may impact enrollment initiatives.
  • Supervise freelancers and other outside consultants as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.


Requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field, graduate degree preferred, as well as 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years of management experience and experience in higher education marketing and recruitment. Demonstrated experience managing and executing across multiple communications and marketing channels, ability to think critically and strategically are required. Must have proficiency in Google Analytics or other analytics tools/solutions and experience evaluating traditional and digital marketing campaigns, as well as MS Office, Drupal and a wide range of social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to produce informative reports and provide analytic insights to non-technical audiences, the ability to take initiative and offer solutions in a fast paced environment and a strong attention to detail. Must be comfortable with dealing with all levels of management, staff and faculty and have the ability to balance strategic goals and tactical requirements. Envisions and proposes new methods to perform tasks that support an entrepreneurial approaching of thinking is core to Bryant’s brand.
