The Executive Administrative Dean (EAD) serves as chief administrative officer assisting the Fletcher School in achieving its mission. Responsible for all fiscal and business matters within the school, the EAD reports to the Dean and works closely with the Academic and Student Deans, and Department Chairs to develop and execute plans that ensure the alignment and effective use of personnel, funds and facility resources to meet operating and strategic priorities.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience and possess comprehensive knowledge and experience of academic institutional finance and administration with a successful track record overseeing budgets/funding, human resources, student services, and space allocation/renovations. A key partner to Fletcher leadership, the candidate must have demonstrated strategic and operational planning and management skills. Superior communication and interpersonal skills with proven negotiation and conflict management abilities are essential.
