*Associate Director of Online & Corporate Education *

*Position Overview *
The Associate Director is responsible for recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and student support for online and corporate students. The Associate Director will work closely with the Senior Vice Provost for Graduate Education to set and work towards the university’s ambitious recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and retention goals for this student population. The Associate Director will work collaboratively with a variety of units and individuals to ensure that the university is providing a best-in-class experience to these students from recruitment through graduation.
: Work closely with the Vice Provost for Graduate Education and academic leaders to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for online and corporate students. This includes obtaining and making effective use of prospect and inquiry lists; hosting online and in-person recruitment events; and communicating with prospective students through Slate CRM
and other means.
: Oversee the online and corporate student admissions process. This includes assisting students through the application process; following up on applications that are awaiting submission, payment, or materials; managing the application review process; releasing admissions decisions; and ensuring a high-quality applicant experience.
*Yielding: *Develop and direct yielding efforts. This includes designing and executing effective text message, calling, and email campaigns; communicating with accepted students to drive enrollments; hosting online and in-person yielding events; and assisting students with the enrollment process.
: Oversee and continuously improve processes and workflows relating to the enrollment of new and continuing online and corporate students. This includes contributing to class scheduling efforts; helping students understand their tuition bills; ensuring students financial aid has been correctly applied; and helping students navigate enrollment-related processes.
*Student Support: *Lead efforts to work collaboratively with relevant units to ensure that online and corporate students are effectively supported throughout their academic journey.
Systems, Data & Analytics
: Work with relevant staff within and beyond OGE
to ensure that policies, procedures, and processes in Slate and Workday meet the needs of online and students with the goal of continuous improvement and optimization. Contribute to census reconciliation efforts for online and corporate students. Administer regular surveys to online and corporate students, analyze survey results, share survey results, and act on relevant survey findings.
*Staff Supervision: *Supervise professional and graduate student staff.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in admissions at a university.
- Able and willing to work evenings and weekends and to travel, including overnight travel and driving a car.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with faculty and staff colleagues.
- Ability to connect quickly and meaningfully with prospective students.
- Experience using Slate CRM is preferred.
