FOUNDING DEAN OF UINDY ONLINE & SEASE INSTITUTE
As part of its new strategic plan, the University of Indianapolis seeks to reimagine educational experiences for post-traditional learners while strengthening the competitiveness and economic vitality of the region through corporate, government, and community partnerships.
To advance these strategic priorities, the university has established a new business unit - UIndy Online & Sease Institute - and seeks an experienced, innovative, and collaborative leader to serve as its Founding Dean.
The Founding Dean of UIndy Online & Sease Institute will operationalize the strategy and plans for developing and supporting a robust array of online, hybrid, and face-to-face programs, including fully online degree programs, stackable certificates and credentials, and corporate training and executive education. The Dean will cultivate and steward strategic external partnerships and provide institutional leadership regarding online, professional, and continuing education.
