  • Oversee employer efforts for events (e.g., Networking Knights, Nursing Roundtables, career fairs), including complete event management, communication, and preparation, from planning stages through execution and evaluation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hiring trends; influential employers; in-demand industries, skill sets, and certifications (e.g., through research of and in consultation with NACE, Indy Chamber, BOV members, and assessing employer relationships/feedback, best places to work in Indiana, BizVoice, etc.); disseminating information to Exchange, faculty, administration, satellite locations as appropriate.
  • Strategic outreach/partnership with key industries & employers to align with program needs, faculty/student requests, market trends, etc. (e.g., A-team engagements, project-based learning needs, community partnerships, FWS partnerships).
  • Assessment and tracking of outcomes related to employer engagement, satisfaction, needs, and areas for growth.
  • Represent The Exchange on various Boards of Visitors (e.g., Byrum School of Business, Technology Advisory Board, Marian University of St. Joseph’s College, etc.).
