The Veterans Benefits Processing Manager has program responsibility for the University’s participation in the Veterans’ Educational Assistance programs. This includes ensuring the University complies with Veterans Affairs (VA) requirements to participate in VA programs, completing paperwork for the University to participate, maintaining the records of eligible Veterans, certifying student enrollment status to the VA, and advising veterans of their eligibility and options for receiving benefits. Periodically meet with and provide requested records to VA and state approving agency officials in conducting compliance surveys and supervisory visits (audits). This position oversees the Veterans Education Benefits Office (VEBO) unit of the Office of the Registrar.
