The Centre for Learning Environment & Assessment Development is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the administration and management of the Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings which includes preparing meeting agenda, dissemination of meeting materials and recording meeting minutes.
Provide administrative and logistical support for the Centre and all its driven activities which includes, workshops, seminars, retreats, conferences etc.
Manage procurement purchases, review terms and conditions of purchases and other general support to finance/budget related matters.
Other duties that will contribute to the success of the role.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
The successful candidate will be offered a one-year temporary contract.
