Under the supervision of the Budget Director, the Managing Assistant Director of Budget (Managing Assistant Director III) will assist in managing work operations of the Budget Office as assigned and is responsible for managing confidential budget information to support financial analysis and budget status reporting. The Managing Assistant Director develops goals, policies and procedures for the Budget Office and does related work as required, including managing the coordination of services provided by the Budget Office to the campus community.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited university with a Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience working in an academic or business environment with responsibilities related to budget or financial transactions is required. Candidate must possess advanced skills in the use of spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
