Counseling and Testing Services (CTS) at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Associate Director of Diversity Engagement, Advocacy, and Counseling Services to join our team. CTS is seeking to expand services for students who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and to provide even more specialized counseling and wellness programs for these students. CTS is also looking to increase collaboration with academic programs within the University of North Texas to measure effectiveness and contribute to best practices for culturally competent counseling in higher education. The new Associate Director position will focus on the safety and wellness of BIPOC students of UNT through counseling, crisis intervention, training, and community engagement (i.e. programming, relationship building and liaison-ships).
