The Auburn University Office of Human Resources is recruiting for a Director of Human Resources Development. This position is critical to the direction and management of development and training programs, assessments, and learning management systems. The Director position reports directly to the Associate Vice President of Human Resources, and is responsible for creating and conducting training, development, and orientation programs for the University.

Candidates selected for final interview rounds will be asked to demonstrate proficiency and ability to be successful in this role, which will include an oral presentation on a topic of our choosing, as well as an exhibition of materials candidates were personally responsible for creating and facilitating in response to a specific organizational need.
