Associate Dean of Student Services – School of Medicine – (21002106)
The Tufts University School of Medicine Office of Public Health and Professional Degree Programs oversees the educational affairs and student services inclusive of admissions, registration and career services for the public health and professional degree programs. This includes primary support for the medical school’s master’s programs (MPH, MS-Biomedical Sciences, MS-Health Informatics & Analytics, Physician Assistant, Doctorate in Physical Therapy).
The Associate Dean of Student Services provides oversight and direction of student services for the public health and professional degree programs. S/he directs, develops and coordinates admissions, marketing, alumni and career services, clinical education placement, and registrar functions. The Assistant/Associate Dean participates in the strategic management and development of the public health and professional degree programs. S/he is responsible for hiring, developing and supervising staff. The Assistant/Associate Dean is responsible for the development and dissemination of policies and procedures. S/he will provide support to the PHPD Dean.
A Master’s degree and 10+ years of related experience.

Experience with graduate or professional higher education.
Special Work Schedule Requirements:
A few times a year will have work during evenings and weekends as it relates to student services related events, and meetings.
