The Associate Director reports to the Director, Gender and Sexuality Resource Center and is responsible for assisting in the direction of the total on-campus center operation. Additional responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, responding to request for programs, reports, assessment, program evaluation, and staff supervision. The Associate Director provides on-going support in the management and supervision of operating, graduate assistants, student staff, volunteers, and interns.
