Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide is currently accepting applications for the Associate Executive Director of Campus Operations position. This leadership role serves as a U.S. operations manager, coordinator, and planner. This position works closely with campus directors and staff in all aspects of administrative operations at the various ERAU Worldwide Campus locations. This role also supports and represents the Executive Director, U.S. in all functions of that position. The Associate Executive Director has the responsibility to enforce administrative procedures while projecting a positive university image as related to administrative affairs. The ideal candidate will provide positive and effective leadership to U.S. campus operations staff culminating in quality educational programs consistent with cost effective and efficient operations.

(2-3) years of supervisory experience or managing a team
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment and independently when required.
Strong speaking and writing skills
In-depth knowledge of military services and associated education organizations
Quickly adapt to changing policies and procedures; learn and skillfully apply approved advancements in information technology systems.
Investigate issues, research options, solve problems, and follow up on corrective actions.
