The program manager for the UNT Center for Global Change Studies will manage the Center’s day to day operations involving international research and education activities, such as assisting with grant writing, engaging with UNT faculty and international collaborators from Chile and other countries, coordinating programs and activities between UNT faculty and international collaborators and other responsibilities.
Master’s degree in biology, environmental sciences, sciences, engineering, or related field plus 3 years of relevant work experience.

Good Spanish language skills
Strong rhetoric and communication skills, both verbal and writing
Ability to effectively work across different international and intercultural settings
Ability to work independently and set priorities
Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft suite
PhD in biology, environmental sciences, sciences, engineering or related field
The standard workweek for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in an office setting.. May be required to work some evening and weekends. Participation in meetings both in person and virtually is required. The individual will be required to travel internationally and domestically.
