The Office of Information Technology is excited to recruit for a Senior Manager of Human Resources, who will serve as a division HR leader in the management of all HR areas, including recruitment, compensation, position management, payroll transactions, employee relations, and performance management. This experienced leader will have the opportunity to drive HR operational excellence for a workforce of approximately 150 professionals located in the central Office of Information Technology unit (OIT). The HR leader will also assist HR Liaisons with IT professionals situated in colleges and divisions campus-wide. This position will report to the Director of Administration who reports to the Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Auburn.
