Auburn University’s Department of Human Resources is excited to recruit for the position of Director, Campus Relations to join our dynamic, diverse, and collaborative team!

Our department serves as a central office for human resources operations while partnering with a network of HR Liaisons in distributed colleges and divisions across the university. This position will support this network by engaging campus Human Resources Liaisons, aligning campus human resources services with University Human Resources policies and procedures throughout their designated business units, utilizing appropriate processes and tools, providing accurate advice and guidance, and disseminating timely human resources information.

This position will also consult with Human Resources Liaisons to identify paths toresolve human resources-related issues. Collaborating with University Human Resources functional leadership and the HR Liaison team, the Director will facilitate the proactive identification, integrated solution development, and resolution of human resources issues.
