Reporting to the University President, the Senior Vice President performs specific duties assigned by the President, the Board or by any standing or special committee of the Board and shall have the primary responsibility of assisting the President in maximizing the University’s administrative operations and achieving its goals. The Senior VP oversees the Divisions of Administration and Finance, Enrollment Services and Student Affairs and streamlines processes for efficiency and effectiveness. This position requires travel and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications: Appropriate terminal degree and six years of administrative experience in higher education or the equivalent as determined by the university. Similar experience in a comparable non-profit or for profit environment can be substituted. Doctorate degree and administrative experience in a public or private institution of a similar size is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
