OU College of Nursing seeks an Associate Administration Director for Student Affairs who will provide visionary, strategic, collaborative, and creative leadership. Candidates will require a strong record of accomplishment of leadership and student success achievements. Personal characteristics of authenticity, humility, and warmth are important. Academic health sciences center or Research I University student affairs experience is recommended and a Master’s degree is preferred.
The Associate Administration Director for Student Affairs will report directly to the Special Assistant to the Dean. This is a 100% administrative staff position. Positions reporting to the Associate Administration Director include: Director of Recruitment and Admissions, Director of Registration and Retention and the Director of Student Programming, as well as Student Affairs Associates (5) across the three campuses.

Specifically the Associate Administration Director will be responsible for the oversight and leadership of:
- Eight Full time staff members on three campuses
- Departmental budget
- Short and long term enrollment management planning
- Recruitment of new students at both the undergraduate and graduate level
- Admission processing for student applicants into a selective admission professional program
- Registration of all students every term: block scheduling for undergraduate programs and individual registration for graduate programs
- Scholarship recruitment and awarding in cooperation with the OU Foundation, OUCON Accounting Team and the OUHSC Financial Aid Office.
- End of term processing for student success and academic progress.
- Student programming
- Student organizations support and budget
- Quality assurance for recruitment process
- Collaboration with Alumni Affairs
