The Assistant Director for Career Exploration Counseling will lead and coordinate various experiential learning and career exploration events, provide comprehensive career counseling, and collaborate with campus partners to enhance student career readiness. This role involves supervising graduate assistants and interns, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Exploration Center.
