Execute a recruitment plan by using available resources to meet targeted enrollment goals to include; international travel promoting ERAU in a variety of forums, creating relationships with high school guidance and college counselors, managing the undergraduate international application process, maintaining continuous contact with prospective students during the admissions process, and staying current on industry and campus news that could impact the prospective student.

 Coordinate the undergraduate international admissions process. Review students application files and recommend admissions decisions to the Director (30%)Work with the student information system and maintain statistical data of the prospect/applicant cohort and scholarships awarded. Maintain contact with prospective students through phone, email and promotional materials. Handle communication flow between Office of International Admissions and prospective students. (20%)Provide career and/or pre-college counseling to prospective students and families. (20%)Provide program support for the CIPS Office and its activities designed for the retention and integration of international students to the campus.(20%) Serve as a SEVIS Designated School Official (DSO)  (10%)
