Description:
Pratt Institute is seeking a creative and innovative admissions-based marketing professional to partner with the Vice President for Enrollment Management to develop, plan, and execute the range of marketing strategies and initiatives needed to attract and enroll qualified students in each of the undergraduate and graduate programs of the Institute. The Director of Enrollment Marketing will optimize these efforts by utilizing marketing automation tools, CRM technology, social media marketing, cross-platform digital advertising, SEO, website content, print collateral, and other media/channels as defined by marketing plans. The director will collaborate with Pratt's Communication & Marketing department and work closely with academic chairs across the 5 schools of the Institute to ensure that our enrollment marketing content, delivery, and yields work to support program goals.

On a typical day you will be required to:

  • Collaborate with the VP and the enrollment management team to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment and enrollment plans for undergraduate & graduate programs utilizing a mix of online, social media, event-based, and print marketing.
  • Work with the Communications & Marketing department to ensure marketing is consistent & complementary with the overall branding of the Institute.
  • Help ensure that key marketing content and collateral will: increase website traffic to program-specific pages; support social media strategies; generate leads; increase applications, especially from underrepresented students; improve our accept-to-enroll ratios; and raise visibility and awareness among prospective audiences.
  • Work with internal partners on content and video production, marketing support for in-person and virtual events, and serve as the primary link to faculty and administrative offices on matters of enrollment marketing policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis as part of a marketing planning process to compare programs along a spectrum of attributes, and create/maintain reports to track the performance of campaigns - ensuring that all policies, procedures, initiatives, and decisions are informed and supported by data.



Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree required; graduate degree preferred.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of admissions-related marketing experience, with a record of increased responsibility and advancement.

Required Skills: Significant experience devising & executing strategic marketing campaigns targeted to college-bound audiences; experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including CRM (Slate a plus), social media, & web content management systems; SEO and Google Analytics knowledge; ability to think critically, analyze information, develop reports, and make actionable & data-driven recommendations; proven leadership experience that includes accountability, integrity, influence, and future-focus; ability to provide an appropriate level of candor, collaboration, respect, preparedness, and engagement in all efforts.

Other: This position requires travel and occasional evening/weekend work.
