The College of Engineering at the University of Alabama is seeking a Manager Diversity Inclusion/ Multicultural Engineering Program (MEP) Director to collaborate with students, faculty, and staff across the College and University to design, implement and assess a comprehensive program with focused recruitment, retention and completion strategies for diverse students utilizing best practices from the field. This position will assume responsibility for the day-to-day functions within the areas of student engagement, programming for student development, budget management, and assessment analysis of the program. The director will work with the college’s administration to develop and drive initiatives for student success, with the focus of improving recruitment, retention and graduation rates, and increasing diversity within the college.
