Q: How do I subscribe to your e-Flier?

A: There are several ways to receive our job e-Fliers. As a job seeker, you can upload your resume so that potential employers with vacancies can search for you. With this option you can also select to receive our e-flier, which includes open positions related to your field of expertise. To enter your seeker profile, visit our homepage, select the "Post Your Resume" option under the "CAREER TOOLS" pull-down menu at the top of the page and choose a discipline within which to post.

The other way to receive our e-flier is to visit this page, where you will choose an e-flier to receive without entering a seeker profile.

Q: How do I search for jobs on your site?

A: In addition to our e-flier, you can search for positions on our discipline-specific sites. Simply go to our homepage, select your discipline from the pull-down menu on the left, then click on "SEARCH JOBS". You may then narrow down your search or view all available jobs in that category. There is no charge for any of our job seeker services.

Q: How long will my resume be viewable on your website?

A: The resumes and seeker profiles posted on will be viewable for eight (8) months. Applicants are encouraged to update their information and post a new resume after eight (8) months.

Q: Can you post your resume under more than one discipline? If so, how?

A: To post your resume under multiple disciplines, you will have to go to each discipline-specific posting page and enter your biographical data. You MUST provide a unique Username for each discipline to which you post your data (and resume). You will then have two (or perhaps more) records in our database, but each will be specific to a particular discipline.

Q: How can I update my seeker profile/resume or change which e-Flier I receive?

A: To update your seeker profile/resume, visit our homepage and log in with the username and password you created previously. All of the information that you have provided can be changed via links on the right side of the page. In addition, you may upload and replace the existing resume that is stored on our site.

Q: How do I apply for jobs I see advertised with

A: Each job's detailed description contains contact information and application instructions.

Q: I forgot my username and/or password. How do I get it?

A: If you forgot your password only, please proceed to the forgotten password page, and enter your username and email address.

If you have forgotten your username, please email us, and we would be happy to reset your password and retrieve your username.
