Description of Duties:
The Office of the Vice-Present for Enrollment Management seeks an Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Marketing, to provide direction and leadership to the Undergraduate Admissions Office for planning, managing and executing strategic Departmental and institutional goals.

The Director of Undergraduate Admissions is a direct report to this position.

This position is responsible for creating an overarching recruitment plan, that brings the University a high achieving, diverse student body.

The incumbent reports to the Vice-President for Enrollment Management.

Responsibilities will include oversight of the Department budget, research and analysis of the recruitment process, from inquiry to enrolled status for freshmen, transfers and international students.

This person will lead professional development strategy for the Admissions Staff and be the primary liaison with the Marketing Division and all associated partnerships and vendors.

The Executive Director must be comfortable working in a goal-oriented and metric driven environment, where ethical standards, creativity and diversity are highly valued.

The Enrollment Management division is a supportive, team-oriented environment, that promotes personal development and professional accomplishment.

Position Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required, (Master's preferred), as well as 10 years plus progressive management experience in college admissions, with an emphasis on marketing.
-Broad understanding of marketing higher education for recruiting students.
-Strong organizational, managerial, leadership and communication skills.
-Commitment to working with Staff and students with diverse backgrounds.
-Understanding of enrollment management issues at the local, state and national levels.
-Commitment and use of technology as a planning and recruitment tool.

License(s) Required for the Position: A current, valid driver's license.
