Vice President, Alumni Relations and Executive Director, Oregon State University Alumni Association
The Vice President for Alumni Relations and Executive Director for the OSUAA is the strategic leader and chief advocate for the Alumni Association and will work closely with the Board of Directors, the OSUAA management team, and University and Foundation leadership to develop and implement engagement strategies and initiatives. The Vice President will provide the vision, leadership and strategic oversight to establish Oregon State as a higher education alumni affairs leader.
Candidates should possess a significant level of executive leadership experience relevant to this membership organization, and should be well versed in engagement strategies, technology solutions, with proven experience strategically leading a complex organization with multiple stakeholder communities. The successful candidate shall have entrepreneurial instincts, highly effective interpersonal communication skills, and a demonstrated record of successful leadership and management capabilities.
