Asst. Director of Annual Giving
: Staff - Full-Time
Responsible for overseeing the proper movement of donors through the donor pipeline through cultivation and management of donors capable of giving $1,000-$25,000. Also responsible for the development of donor retention strategies for the alumni relations and annual giving team and management of the 1941 society of loyal donors.
Bachelors degree in related field plus 2 years of related experience or a combination of related education/experience totaling or 6 years.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of annual giving solicitation models and the development of marketing communications plans and programs.
- Previous experience in annual giving and marketing communications is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Skill to accurately track and report all contact and solicitation efforts.
- Ability to work as a cohesive member of the annual giving team, work independently and make independent decisions.
Bachelors Degree in marketing communications or related field.
Experience leading annual giving campaigns or marketing communication programs.
Working some nights and weekends, or extended hours as needed.
