The Director of Football Operations reports to the Head Football Coach.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Comply with NCAA, Conference, and Institutional rules.
  • Coordinate Travel Plans.
  • Coordinate all aspects of training camp, including housing, meals, transportation, and schedules
  • Reserve facilities for program use.
  • Work with recruiting coordinator to plan and manage all aspects of on campus recruiting, activities during official visit periods. Including securing player hosts, meetings with professors, meals, and money encumbered during recruiting weekend.
  • Work with recruiting coordinator in organizing junior recruiting days, and summer camps.
  • Coordinate community outreach activities.
  • Work closely with Head Coach in planning and executing football banquet.
  • Manage Football Budget.
  • Coordinate Practice officials.
  • Tickets for Players and Coaches.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and itineraries
