The University of Kentucky College of Medicine seeks a Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development to enhance and provide oversight for all development, personnel actions, and policy issues for faculty in the College. Responsibilities will include oversight of promotion and tenure processes, faculty development programs, faculty recruitment and retention, leadership searches and evaluation, faculty governance, and initiatives pertaining to the faculty well-being for all campus sites.
Reporting to the Dean of the College of Medicine, this position defines the professional, academic, and administrative activities of a medical administrator.This position is being hired at open-rank, and rank and salary will be determined based on qualifications.
