The Associate Director is the national face of the LEAP Program and representative of Saint Mary's College, particularly within the professional dance community, and is responsible for the program's strategy, mission, administration, enrollment management, operations, and quality, as well as development and maintenance of organizational relationships.

Responsibilities include:
  • Strategic oversight and planning, including LEAP budget and enrollment management
  • Fundraising, scholarship program development, donor cultivation, and alumni relations
  • Organizational relationship development. Connections within the national dance community and the local communities in the major metropolitan areas surrounding each LEAP Program location (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York)
  • Supervision and support of LEAP Program Coordinators for New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas locations. Coordination support for senior projects, individualized, and independent studies for students in all LEAP locations. Management of LEAP reports and planning and procedural documentation such as budget, marketing, and other strategic plans
