Auburn Advancement and the Harbert College of Business, College of Liberal Arts, and College of Human Sciences are excited to begin the search for a Development Officer to join our development team! The ideal candidate is self-motivated, metrics driven, and possesses an innate ability to get things done. As a Development Professional, you will have the opportunity to travel extensively and conduct face-to-face visits with alumni and supporters. This position helps connect these individuals back to the College and University in a philanthropic way that is meaningful to them, while making an everlasting impact at Auburn University. This position is responsible for the qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gift prospects. The individual should be a team player who can manage their own job duties and responsibilities, but is willing to assist with special projects, initiatives, events and other duties as necessary.
