The candidate supports the industry to improve their work processes, systems and human capital management. The candidate should have a strong interest in transferring new skills to companies with a view to implement workplace learning solutions and achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and conduct training programmes for companies
Facilitate projects within the companies
Manage and maintain existing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support the Business Development Team to acquire new training assignments and projects in the industry
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in process improvement, course development and classroom training.
Adept at forming connections between business needs and learning interventions.
Highly adaptable to different environments and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Be prepared to pick up new skills to deliver the University’s Continuing Education and Training programmes.
Must be competent to train and coach companies in most of the following areas:
LEAN
Six Sigma
Coaching and Mentoring
Train the Trainer
Project Management
